Applications are reviewed by an authorized administrator. Applicants do not receive badges, the ability to accept money, privileged access, exclusivity over initials, or a job offer by submitting a form. Contractor jobs are subject to actual openings and written terms. Membership purchases and gifts are optional, separate from free applications, and never required for hiring consideration.
