SOSM™ Terms of Use
Scope: Saving Our Souls Management™ / Sovereign Gateway™ V0.01.0 live demonstration. The project is in development. Before collecting paid memberships, a responsible legal entity and final commercial terms must be identified and approved.
1. Permitted access
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Browsing public features does not establish an employment relationship, membership approval, agency, legal representation, business partnership, or entitlement to any benefit.
2. Accounts and approval
Provide truthful registration information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Registration can require email verification and owner approval; access may be limited, suspended, or declined in accordance with applicable law and published program rules.
3. Applications and founding tiers
Jurisdiction listings, seat quantities, tiers, season schedules, fees, and benefits may be proposed planning figures. A submitted application is not a paid claim, a guaranteed allocation, a contract, a donation, an investment, or a reserved seat. Any future paid transaction must identify actual price, benefit, refund or cancellation terms, processing provider and confirmation number before payment.
4. No investment or legal advice
Nothing in the site, including high-value V.I.P. tiers, solicits securities, issues ownership, promises returns, or creates an investment relationship. The site does not provide legal advice or accept service of process. Engage appropriately licensed professionals for legal or financial matters.
5. Community rules and content
No harassment, hate, threats, fraud, cheating, unauthorized collection of personal information, impersonation, copyright infringement or unlawful activity. Do not upload third-party images, recordings, documents or contact details unless you have permission. Content moderation and role restrictions may apply.
6. Featured organizations
Independent organizations retain their own business identity, service obligations and customer relationships. A featured company, proposed managing representative, or website priority listing does not imply an executed management contract, authority to act, regulatory approval, or endorsement of every site statement.
7. Minors
The platform is not intended for children under 13. Individuals aged 13–17 may participate only through any expressly authorized, age-appropriate pathway with verified parent/guardian consent where required. Paid V.I.P. and prospective investor inquiries are for eligible adults only.
8. Service changes and limitations
V0.01.0 features may be modified, unavailable, or temporarily interrupted as the demo evolves. We will not claim balances, bookings, membership approvals, or other actions succeeded unless confirmed in the relevant system. Nothing excludes rights or consumer protections that cannot be waived by law.
9. Policy acknowledgment
Before entry, visitors are asked to affirm their review and acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Notice and demo status. This is a browser-session acknowledgment only; high-risk processing and paid services require their own durable authorization and records.

11. Proposed 999 Founding Family seasonal rates
Halloween / early Black Friday rates are not final purchases. The stated 3-year lock is an annual price proposal and is not a prepayment for three years or guaranteed lifetime access. Benefits, start dates, eligible inventory, limits, merchant identity, refunds, recurring billing/renewal authorization, and cancellation terms must be disclosed and agreed to before payment. The current program indicates a maximum of 999 approved discounted claims per tier per jurisdiction; verified availability is not currently displayed. V.I.P. entry and higher tiers require individual review, and no memberships provide shares or investment rights.
Optional Founder Jurisdiction Support Program
The 52 jurisdictions and the eleven indicated supporter prices are a planning framework, not real-time sellable inventory. Each standard and exclusive offer proposes 900 seats per jurisdiction, with an additional 100 places held for board review. This is not a hiring program, employment application fee, work assignment, investment, securities offering, loan, or promise of compensation. Contractor and job applications are free regardless of supporter status. Any paid member benefits, exact billing periods, active inventory and start dates require written disclosure and agreement before checkout.
One-time, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual billing are requested options only. No subscription or recurring billing begins from submitting an inquiry. Any actual recurring contract must disclose merchant, exact charge and interval, renewal, cancellation, termination, and refunds and require affirmative purchase authorization. No access to confidential contractor channels is purchased through a membership.
Community impact and representative recruiting
Membership revenue and voluntary support may help fund program benefits, operations, platform development, and potential future projects. Statements of intended impact do not promise that every dollar will create a job, or represent audited or restricted funds. Operating costs, taxes, refunds and payment processing fees may apply. No contribution grants employment, compensation, ownership, or guaranteed returns. Free contractor applications and public initials requests remain separate from optional memberships and gifts.

SOSM LIVE™ is its first featured project, not necessarily an independent legal organization. Planned jurisdiction board seats are invitations to apply, not corporate directorships or guaranteed appointments. Nonbinding polls do not elect directors. Referral badges and points require verified membership events and administrator reconciliation. Community participation and contractor applications do not require payment.
