SOSM™ Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information planned or currently collected through the V0.01.0 SOSM™ Sovereign Gateway. The operating entity and full vendor list must be confirmed before accepting sensitive or paid transactions.
Information you choose to submit
Founding and contractor interest forms may collect name, email, selected U.S. jurisdiction, preferred tier or role, content/portfolio interests, inviter name or referral code, consent acknowledgment and submission date. Account flows process login credentials through a separate authentication provider rather than public application fields.
Information processed automatically
Hosting, fraud prevention and basic performance infrastructure may process IP address, device/browser details, timestamps and limited technical logs. The game-style entry gateway uses browser-session storage to remember whether the briefing was acknowledged during a visit.
Purposes
We use information to review applications, manage inquiries, protect platform security, communicate about requested opportunities, improve website reliability and comply with law. An application does not imply acceptance or employment. Marketing contact should rely on a separate optional opt-in.
Data access and external services
Authorized website administrators and service providers may access information only as needed for their functions. Information is not meant to be publicly visible simply because a user joins. Goats & Gavels client documentation, legal files, screening records, identity photos and biometrics must not be submitted through these general site forms.
Retention and requests
Data should be retained only as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The operator must establish actual retention periods, deletion processes and rights-request handling before full release. Children and enhanced identity verification
Do not submit information about children under 13. A future age-appropriate program for ages 13–17 requires the applicable parent/guardian consent process. No general form on this release authorizes face matching, government-ID intake or financial screening.
Changes
V0.01.0 is an evolving demonstration. Material changes in collection or handling practices require a revised published notice and any further consent required by law.

Founding Supporter Wall — opt-in recognition
The public wall may display only a consenting supporter's public display name, U.S.A. jurisdiction, approved rank or tier, and amount of contribution confirmed by the operator. Receipts, legal names, private email, payment references, and identity documents must not be uploaded to public collections. Members may request correction or removal through the stated privacy contact.
Jurisdiction support inquiry data
Optional membership requests collect name, email, jurisdiction, selected tier and billing preference, referral information and acknowledgment choices solely for operator review. No bank card numbers or government identification are collected in these forms. Payment reconciliation and contract records require restricted administrative systems. Public supporter wall publication remains opt-in and separate from this application.
Representative applications and public profiles
Jurisdiction applications collect information only for review. Public initials and display names require explicit consent and administrator approval. Unverified applications, contact details, receipts and identity documents will not be published in the jurisdiction directory.
