Draft for discussion • Not a finalized sales contract
Supporter, Refund & Digital Credit Terms
YBP Empire™ • Georgia-first PreAccess, effective only if finalized and affirmatively accepted by a verified purchaser. Current page is a draft disclosure. No purchase, subscription or cash redemption is created by reading it.
1. Support, gifts and membership requests are different
A voluntary, unrestricted gift supports the stated community-building mission without a required reciprocal product or benefit. A paid membership or digital-access purchase, if offered later, is a separate transaction that must clearly identify its merchant, specific benefits, price, renewal period, cancellation procedure and refund terms before payment. Ticket requests and application submissions are free and do not reserve paid seats.
YBP Empire™ and Yahweh’s Blessed Philanthropist™ do not represent gifts as tax-deductible charitable donations unless an eligible recipient can substantiate that status. Support does not confer equity, profit-sharing, employment, board appointment or investment return.
2. Proposed founder compensation disclosure — one third
Proposed allocation: up to 33⅓% of eligible, unrestricted support receipts may be designated for founder/creator compensation and management work, subject to documented services, owner authorization, recordkeeping, tax obligations and applicable law. The exact calculation basis, any payment processor charges, and the responsible business operator must be disclosed and approved before paid fundraising terms are finalized. This proposal is not a representation that 33⅓% has already been transferred or that restricted or charitable contributions may be diverted to personal income.
3. Refunds and cancellations — proposed policy
For clearly designated voluntary gifts, the proposed general rule is that gifts are final once properly received, except where law requires correction, payment reversal or refund. For paid membership benefits and digital services, refund rights depend on the final written purchase contract, delivery of benefits and applicable consumer-protection laws. Unauthorized or erroneous charges, duplicate payments, nondelivery and legally required cancellation/refund rights are not waived by this draft.
Where legally permissible and affirmatively accepted by the supporter, the operator may offer digital account credit for eligible adjustments. Digital credit is not an automatic substitute for money refunds required by law. Monthly or recurring plans must clearly disclose price and period and provide the legally required cancellation process; an inquiry alone never starts recurring billing.
4. No guaranteed cash value — including after 2030
Tickets, supporter recognition and proposed account credits are not cash, deposits, investment accounts or securities. No redeemable cash value is offered now, nor is any cash redemption or payout promised for 2030 or later. A potential future cash-value program may be reviewed after 2030 only if independently structured, legally authorized, and separately agreed to in writing. Do not contribute based on an expectation of future redemption, yield or income.
5. Verification and privacy
Include “Ticket” plus any operator-issued reference when following confirmed Cash App payment instructions. Before paying, verify the recipient identity and obtain the applicable written terms. An operator must reconcile payments, consent and tier eligibility before issuing any membership or public recognition. Participant names, payment evidence and supporter contributions must not appear publicly without permission.
6. Review before launch
The founder/owner, legal business operator, a Georgia-qualified attorney and payment provider should approve final terms. Until then, existing paid-tier prices and rate locks remain proposals, not active checkout contracts. Website Terms and Privacy Notice also apply to browsing and applications.
