Georgia • Phase 01

Georgia First. Built for Longevity.

YBP Empire™ is being developed as a Georgia-first operating platform for creator brands, community-building, the November March and 999 Founding Family™.

This page is a formation and operations roadmap. It does not imply that YBP Empire™ is already a Georgia-registered corporation, LLC or tax-exempt organization.

Formation and launch milestones

01 • Entity planning

Choose the legal structure

Confirm the actual owner, operating model, entity type, jurisdiction of formation, and governance before submitting official documents. A public supporter or website host is not necessarily the legal owner.

02 • Georgia registration

Validate the business name and file

Search Georgia corporate records and the relevant county trade-name records. If an LLC is selected, the official current Georgia online filing fee is $110. Formation is effective only after state approval.

03 • Finance and policies

Separate personal and program accounts

Set up the real merchant of record, written membership benefits, receipts, refunds, tax handling, data protection, and verified ticket reconciliation before activating paid seat claims.

04 • Community operations

Launch in Georgia before scaling

Run the November March, review applications and voluntary contributions, document proven results, and define the requirements for expansion beyond Georgia. A plan for 52 jurisdictions is not evidence of 52 operating chapters.

Annual compliance checkpoint

Georgia LLC annual registration is generally due from January 1 through April 1 of the year after formation and then each year. The current online annual registration charge is $60. Exact obligations depend on the entity type and actual formation date.

Public participation

Members and supporters can take part in a proposed early-access community without acquiring legal equity, a directorship, or an employment promise. Free contractor applications remain separate from memberships.
